Engstroyengineering SPLTD - Varna - Short Company profile

All major construction companies except Glavbolgarstroy (GBS) are participating in the order for major road repairs for 2.25 billion leva for the next four years. The Road Infrastructure Agency (API) is placing an order for major road repairs divided into 9 separate positions - two, three or four neighboring districts in one lot and is for a period of 4 years. Up to three contractors will be selected for each separate position, with whom RIA will sign framework agreements. Then, through internal selection, the contractor for the major repairs for a specific road section will be selected. Over the next four years, there will be no separate tenders for major repairs, unless they are with European funds. The funds provided for each lot are 250 million leva excluding VAT for 4 years. The amount can be increased by the same amount if resources are provided. Separately, the Public Procurement Act allows an increase in money by up to 50%.
