The company "Retail Park Svishtov" EOOD is building the first retail park in the city. The investor is Konstantin Raykov, and the financing is from the Urban Development Fund, part of the OP "Regions in Growth" 2014-2020. The new Retail Park, which is under construction, is located in the southeastern part of Svishtov - opposite the "Akademik" stadium. It will cover an area of ??about 16,000 sq. m on the territory of the "Ustrem" enterprise. The company has already been issued a certificate for investment class B. "Retail Park Svishtov" will have a retail area of ??5,820 sq. m, distributed over 9 retail outlets. The largest is intended for a grocery chain. The other brands that will be presented are in the field of trade in appliances, fashion brands and home goods, a pharmacy. A catering establishment and a playground according to all standards for safe play will complement the family location. Approximately 170 parking spaces are planned on the territory of the park. 4 charging stations for electric cars will also be built, 2 of which for fast charging. "Retail Park Svishtov" will open its doors by the end of 2026. The project in the Danube city is expected to create over 100 new jobs.
