The operational president of "Fantastico Group" Nladimir Nikolov - son of the recently deceased Valeri Nikolov, stated that "Fantastico Group" is not for sale, no talks have been held and are not being held with anyone. The company will continue to be developed by the family. This year, "Fantastico" celebrated 34 years since the establishment of its first store and today manages 47 supermarkets mainly in Sofia, there are also outlets in Bankya, Pernik, Kyustendil, Elin Pelin and Botevgrad. No change in the management structure is planned. In 2026, a supermarket is due to open in Plovdiv, work is underway on the construction of two new outlets in Sofia and work will begin on the design and construction of several more in the capital. In addition to the supermarkets, the company owns Joy Station, SkyCity Mall, MegaXtreme Bowling and MyChoice Catering. MegaXtreme Bowling will continue to be a place for professional athletes in Bulgaria to perform and will once again host the international tournaments that are expected by many competitors. Joy Station is developing as a venue not only for concerts, but also as a location for conference and corporate events, ceremonies and much more. MyChoice has established itself as one of the leading catering service providers. SkyCity Mall is undergoing a major reconstruction.
