Industrial Real Estate Fund EADSIC (BPD) Industrial Real Estate Fund EADSIC convenes a regular General Meeting on 26.06.2025 at 10:00 a.m. in Sofia, 137 Filip Kutev Str., Admin. Building 1, Floor 2, with the following agenda: - Report of the management bodies on the company's activities in 2024; - Adoption of the company's annual financial report for 2024; - Report of the Audit Committee for 2024; - Report of the Investor Relations Director for 2024; - Adoption of a report on the implementation of the Remuneration Policy for the members of the management bodies; - Discharge of the members of the management bodies from liability for their activities in 2024; - Election of a registered auditor for 2025; - Decision on distribution of financial result. Proposal for a decision: Accepts 90% of the profit for the financial year 2024 or a total of 16,006,032.30 BGN to be distributed as dividend. Determines a gross dividend of 2.0261 BGN per share of the Company's capital; - Changes the address of the Company's management from Sofia, 137 Filip Kutev Str., Admin. Building 1, Floor 2, to Sofia, 13 Filip Kutev Str., Admin. Building 1, Floor 2. - In the absence of a quorum, the meeting will be held on 15.07.2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the same place and with the same agenda. The right to vote at the GMS is exercised by persons registered as such with the right to vote in the central securities register 14 days before the date of the GMS, or as of 12.06.2025. The last date for concluding transactions with shares of this company on the Exchange, as a result of which the acquirer will be able to exercise the right to vote at the GMS, is 10.06.2025.
