The Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) has initiated open proceedings against the State Enterprise "Radioactive Waste" on a complaint from a company. The complaint was filed by "Atomenergoremont" AD under the Public Procurement Act (PPA) in its part on the deadlines for submitting offers for participation in procedures. It is against a decision for the manufacture and supply of metal drums.
