The total revenue of the construction company "Trace Group Hold" AD at the end of last year amounted to 559.54 million leva, and operating expenses, excluding tax expenses, amounted to 539.3 million leva. The interim financial result after taxes is a profit of 18.22 million leva. "Trace Group Hold" performs all activities in the construction of various types of infrastructure - construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, design and related activities. The company is diversifying and expanding the scope of its activities. "Trace"'s portfolio also includes investments, international trade and logistics. The number of staff of the company and its branches abroad as of the end of December was 312 people, with 52.88% of them in Bulgaria, 19.23% - in Serbia, and 27.88% - in Romania. The largest shareholder is Prof. Nikolay Mihaylov – Chairman of the Supervisory Board, who owns 67.26% of the capital, and through “Galini – N” EOOD controls another 9 percent. “Trace Group” also has 0.026% of its own shares repurchased in its portfolio. The remaining 23.714% are owned by individual investors and other companies. “Trace Group Hold” shares are traded on the “Bulgarian Stock Exchange”. Over the past twelve months, their prices have been increasing, passing the maximum of 6.70 leva per share. Currently, there are deals at 5.65 leva. And this estimates the company at over 136 million leva in market capitalization.
