Toplofikatsia-Vratsa EAD (TFVA) BSE received a notification from Ever Financial AD in its capacity as a trustee of the bondholders of Toplofikatsia-Vratsa EAD (TFVA), ISIN BG2100017131, of a stated failure of the issuer to meet some financial ratios in the third quarter of 2025.
