The main shareholder of FPP transferred to the company the project at the site of the Czech embassy The main shareholder in "FairPlay Properties" REIT - "FairPlay International" transfers to the company with a special investment purpose the project on the site of the Czech Embassy in the center of Sofia. The company secured the money for the transfer of the project through the exercise of warrants in 2022. Construction will be carried out by Bokal Engineering. The grounds and the old Czech embassy building were sold in 2015 to FairPlay International for just under ˆ6 million. A mixed-use building will be built on the site of the old building.
