Moody's Decreases Kremikovtsi's Rating Moody's has decreased the credit rating of Kremikovtsi and several other metallurgical plants in the region, Bloomberg announced. This is the second decrease of the rating after it was diminished for the first time several months ago. Today, the Sofia City Court should decide on the legal claim for declaring the plant's bankruptcy. Six companies started legal proceedings against Kremikovtsi, but after being paid they withdrew their legal claims, except for Rua-Bulgaria, a company connected with Kostyantin Zhevago, which refused to take its money.
