The infrastructure of Zlatni piasatzi resort is estimated for BGN 29.5 million, announced the Executive Director of the tourist company Mr. Nikolai Nedkov. According to him the evaluation made by experts of the Ministry of Economy is completely correct. The problem with the maintenance of the infrastructure that was included in the privatization deal Zlatni piasatzi - JSC - Thomas Cook (Necerman) together with several hotels and tourist objects, caused a conflict between the many owners in the resort.
