The FSC approved a prospectus for admission to trading on a regulated market of a bond issue issued by Key Trading AD, Sofia. The issue is in the amount of BGN 30,000,000, divided into 30,000 ordinary, registered, interest-bearing, dematerialized, freely transferable, secured, non-convertible bonds, with a nominal value of one bond in the amount of BGN 1,000, with a floating interest rate in the amount formed by 6-month EURIBOR with a premium of 1.50%, but in total not less than 3.00% and in total not more than 5.50% per annum, payable in 6-month periods, with an issue date of 16.12.2024 and a maturity date of 16.12.2031, with ISIN code BG2100058242. "Key Trading" AD is registered as the issuer and the specified bond issue in the register of public companies and other issuers of securities, for the purpose of trading on a regulated market. FSC approves Dobromir Todorov as a new member of the board of directors of "Debitum Invest" REIT, Sofia and Nivelina Ivanova as a member of the supervisory board of investment intermediary "Deltastock" AD.
