Just a few months after being appointed executive director of the State Consolidation Company (DKK) and dismissed at the end of February, Donko Uzunov returned as a procurator in the subsidiary Montazhi. His post as executive director at DKK was taken over by Lyudmil Lazarov. For years, Montazhi has been used as an intermediary unit for siphoning off money through in-house orders that DKK assigned to it, which it then reassigned without a tender to private companies. The company's report for 2023 shows a sharp drop in revenue - by 67% to just over BGN 60 million. The new management of DKK has also replaced two of the members of the board of directors of VMZ, but Ivan Getsov remains executive director. Stella Kostova and Nikolay Nikolov, who joined the board at the end of 2022, are being replaced by new directors - Lachezar Ivanov Chotov and Anastasia Dimitrova Mircheva-Nikolova. They have been appointed temporarily for no more than 6 months until a competition is held. There have also been changes to the board of directors of "LB Bulgaricum", where Georgi Ivanov Bankov has been appointed to replace Nadya Stefanova. He will remain in the position until a competition is held. Bankov is a member of the board of directors of "Sofiiska Voda" as a representative of the Sofia Municipality. He is the sole owner of the consulting company "GV Public Partners".
