The Yambol-based company for dairy products Kabile-LB was privatized at the first wave of the mass privatization during 1996-1997. The majority owner of the company is TK hold the former privatization fund Trud I Kapital). The company holds 66.98 per cent of the capital. The Chairman of the Board of the director is TK hold as a legal entity. Another 23 per cent of the capital were purchased during 1999 by MEBO Kabile LB-98 JSC. The price of the privatization deal with the MEBO was USD 638 660. If the price is re-calculated in the price of the Compesatory Vouchers the real price of paid by the purchaser is BGN 7 million. The interesting fact is that even these shares are controlled by the former privatization fund, because 33 per cent of the capital of the MEBO are property of TK hold.
