Currently, negotiations are being held with the Czech-based Dr. Max chain, which wanted to step in on our market after entering Romania, Poland and Slovakia. Dr. Max manages nearly 1300 pharmacies in Eastern and Central Europe with total sales of EUR 1.25 billion and plans to expand its network in Italy, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro in the future. Since the middle of last year, the companies holding the pharmacies and the Farmnet wholesaler are under the cap of the newly registered Mareshki Hold. Currently, Mareshki already has about 400 pharmacies.
