State forest companies in Smolyan, Sliven, Shoumen, Vratsa bought a total of 153-terrain vehicles from Litex motors after they organized public procurement and signed contracts. Orders for another 114 new cars of forest companies in Blagoevgrad and Gabrovo are to end in near future. For a few months all state forest companies in the country decided to buy new cars. Total value of orders is assessed to over BGN 7 million. The most import requirement is price (70% importance) and technical specifications (30%). Orders, where different types of cars are sought for are announced without positions, meaning that different companies can not hand out offers for different types of cars. The south central state enterprise - Smolyan –holds the biggest order for a total of 115 cars. The contract was signed for BGN 3179 554.32. The competition was announced in late July and ended on October 8.
