FairPlay Properties REIT finished the first half of 2012 with a positive financial result of BGN 908 thousand. Net revenue from sale of products almost remained unchanged compared to the same period last year and amounted to BGN 14.35 million. Of these 91%, or BGN 13.01 million, are formed from the sale of 81 apartments in complexes "Santa Marina" in Sozopol, "St. Ivan Rilski" in Bansko and "Marina Hill" in Chernomorets. Other revenues of the company were formed from rental income and operating investment properties. As to 30 June, the REIT has concluded 60 new contracts for apartment sale. The total value of the contracts is BGN 10.59 million, VAT not included. The main shareholder is Fairplay International JSC with 64.57% share in the capital, other shareholders are institutional investors (10 pension, 20 mutual funds and investment companies) and over 340 individuals and legal entities, small investors.
