The Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Zenit Agroholding JSC - Sofia, Bourse code HZAG, which was conducted on June 25, 2004, decided that the company should not distribute dividends as of 2003, the Investor Relations Director - Mrs. Yulia Drenska announced. Zenit Agroholding JSC - Sofia reported a profit in amount of BGN 4 000, which shall be used for covering losses from previous years.
