Zenit Agroholding JSC - Sofia is not going to distribute dividend for 2002. This was announced by the Investor Relations Director Ms. Vanya Borisova after the company's General Meeting, held on June 30. Zenit Agroholding JSC reported a loss in the amount of BGN 33 000 for 2002.
