Bulgarian Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) has announced the acquisition of a 55%-share of Tatarstan’s TatInvestBank. CCB plans to increase this share to 95% by the end of 2012. The site of TatInvestBank shows that another company connected to CCB – Chimimport, already owns 3.55% of the Kazan-based financial institution.
