Agricultural fund Zemedelie approved 13 companies that will receive export subsidiaries for this year. The biggest share for a second year in a row got Ismet Shabanov. A new participant is Angelov Ivan Angelov ST (who is the owner of Gradus Ivan Angelov in Stara Zagora). The export request is for 275 tones of eggs.

Bulgaria's State Receivables Collection Agency is holding today an open-bid auction to sell the canning factory Vidaplod JSC, part of Nash Dom Bulgaria Holding JSC. The factory is heavily indebted to the Tax Administration, the National Social Security Institute and the court. The kick-off price of the factory is BGN 2,196,071 and includes a land plot of 81,930 sq. m together with a sterilization unit, a vacuum unit, a juice-making unit and administrative premises. The participation deposit stands at 10 per cent of the initial price.

The Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) started an investigation of deals in shares of Nash Dom - Bulgaria Holding, the Commission announced yesterday. FSC will also investigate Stara Planina Hold JSC Sofia about sending a buy-tender offer to the shareholders of Slavyana JSC and surpassed great number of companys shares at the previous Bourse session.

Nash Dom - Bulgaria Holding JSC - Sofia, Bourse code HDOM, the General Meeting of which was held on June 30 2005, shall not distribute dividends for 2004. Nash Dom - Bulgaria Holding JSC - Sofia reported a profit to the amount of BGN 29,733.54, which shall be allocated in the Reserves fund.
