The FSC obliged some companies to revise their reports Eight companies have bben obliged by the Financial Supervision Commission to fill in the incomplete articles in their reports. The Deputy Chairman of the Commission Dimana Rankova has signed a decision obliging the companies to revise their account reports for the third quarter. Only two of them are publically traded – Kremikovtzi and Intercapital Property Development REIT. The decision of Rankova points out that Kremikovtzi report lacks an interim report of the operations, declarations from the responsible entities in the company and internal information of the circumstances during the period. The letter to the steel plant was sent on March 11 and no complaints, explanations or additions have been returned during the legal period of 7 days to the FSC, so the Commission have obliged the steel ginat to publish the required information through the electronic system E-Register.
