First East International Bank sold many shares of the combinate for artificial tissues Jambolen JSC, Elchim - Iskra JSC and the poultery factory Slaviana - Pleven, stated the Director of the bank Mrs. Anna Subeva after the annual General Meeting. The main shareholder with 30 per cent of the capital of the bank is Dina international. The paid capital of the bank is BGN 14 million and for the last year the granted credits are BGN 39.534 million. The generated funds of the bank are totally BGN 37.859 million as of December 31.1999.
