Transit Trade Zone in Varna went under the wing of Lukarski Ministry of Economy expanded its share in state enterprises through castling in control of the state share in Transit Trade Zone – Varna. The main shareholder in Transit Trade Zone is now the Ministry of Economy, which holds 46% of the capital, along with other major shareholders such as Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, Despred AD - Sofia, Construction and Technical Fleet – Varna OOD, Gencom Ltd and several others. The other shareholders own the remaining shares that are less than 5 per cent. The transfer of management to the Ministry of Economy is related to increased investment interest in the Transit Trade Zone AD, government's press service explained. The move is expected to allow expansion of the service package offered to investors in the Varna region. Transit Trade Zone AD is a company with a registered capital of BGN 1 million.
