Turkish company for production of cocoa liquer and cocoa powder Altinmarka bought the ex-factory for processing of wool in Parvomay. The deal was finished in the end of February. French company ADF is the seller. The Turkish company acquired a factory with a gross floor area of 22 sq m, together with adjacent land. The price paid for the proeprty is BGN 9.3 million. The factory in Purvomay was constructed at a site of 20 acres and was sold by the municpality to the french investor Devavren, owner of ADF. Construction terminated in 2002. ADF entered the Bulgarian market via the company ADF Bulgaria. The Bulgarian company closed in 2008. The Turkish producer is among giants in the sphere. In Bulgaria Altinmarka will be presented via its subsidiary Alcao, registered in the end of February in Plovdiv.
